About the Assignment

You will become a key person in a larger governmental environment where digital transformation is a central part of business development. The assignment involves leading projects that enhance the ability to utilize the opportunities of digitalization throughout the organization, from governance and management to technical development.

You operate in a complex environment with many dependencies, several stakeholders, and clear demands for structure, progress, and coordination. Here, you will work closely with both operations and decision-makers in a context where your work contributes to development in a socially important organization.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate projects within digital transformation.
  • Plan the project's implementation and ensure progress according to set goals.
  • Manage the project's time, budget, and deliveries.
  • Report status, risks, and results to the steering group.
  • Communicate with relevant stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Manage dependencies between projects and other initiatives in a larger context.
  • Contribute to structure and clarity in projects conducted in a complex organization.
Requirements
  • You have 5 years of work experience as a project manager in IT projects.
  • You have 5 years of work experience in project management of projects governed by an established project management model, such as Props, XLPM, Pejl, Prince2, or equivalent.
  • You have 5 years of work experience in project management of projects in large organizations with more than 1000 employees.
  • You are accustomed to driving complex projects with many dependencies and several stakeholders.
  • You express yourself well in Swedish in professional contexts.
Meritorious
  • You have 3 years of work experience in project management within the public sector.
  • You have work experience with applications for co-financing of projects from EU funds, such as the European Refugee Fund, the European Border Fund, or similar, in the last 3 years.
  • You have experience with projects that establish or develop information governance.
  • You have experience working on projects that are part of programs.

  • Pension plan (4.5% up to 7.5 IBB and 30% on salary above that)
